Love is being comfortable with the person that can make you feel shaky and alive and breathless all at the same time. And that person is the one you can run to when everything is falling apart because they are the one person that is stable and concrete. They are your constant.

They are the one who you can talk to for hours on end, running out of things to say, but you are content to listen to them breathing, knowing their heart beats like yours, for yours. They are alive and because of that, the world seems a little more wholesome

I realized yesterday

that Cullen has never turned down plans I’ve made for us just because they’re not things he’s interested in. Like even when I want to do something that he’s not thrilled about such as watching chick flicks or sunbathing or watching American Idol. He’s always willing to do those things just because he knows I enjoy them. I guess I’ve kind of taken that for granted, but I’m really lucky. Most guys would just ask to do something else.
